It helps to increase mindfulness, emotional regulation, sense of self, interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to tolerate distress.

In SE we work towards holistic balance in the system and hold a deep and profound belief in our natural healing abilities. I hold the space and create a safe container for us to do this in.
