About the Group
Sometimes folks believe they are the only person on the planet who struggles with the things they struggle with. Other times we are so steeped in our embarrassment about our lives and how we have been impacted that we simply don't talk about it. This group is for women who have a history of adversity or trauma in their lives and want a safe space to process difficulties in past or present.

Who Can Join
We welcome women who want to love themselves more fully and dream of self-acceptance. We welcome women who are interested leaving their difficult stories behind them. We welcome women who enjoy the company of other women and are willing to learn from the stories of others. We welcome women who are open to being surprised by what group might offer them.

What You Can Expect
In our 90 minute group over 8 weeks we will spend time really getting to know one another through stories, laughter, tea and finding lightness within the dark. You can expect your what you share to be welcomed, understood, and listened to without judgement. We will have facilitated conversations about stories that feel important and relevant to the group.
